3rd meeting, 12-14 March 2024 – IBEB/FCUL, Campo Grande, Lisbon, Portugal
Between the 12th and 14th of March, IBEB organised the 3rd meeting of the NATO Task Group SET 323, with 8 participants from Belgium, France, Germany, Portugal and USA.
This Research Task Group aims to provide knowledge about the influence of laser dazzle on human task performance compared to the counteractive influence of protection measures. This may assist in the selection of the most advantageous protection measure for specific cases, as well as assist in operation planning. Further, the activities are meant to develop training tools that can be used to experience either real laser dazzle in a safe environment or to experience the effects of laser dazzle in an extended virtual environment.
