Biography
Ana Isabel A. R. Rodrigues Gouveia is an Assistant Professor at Faculty of Health Sciences in University of Beira Interior (UBI, Covilhã, Portugal), researcher at Biophysics and Biomedical Engineering Institute in Faculty of Sciences of University of Lisbon (IBEB-FCUL, Lisbon, Portugal) and at NECE- Research Center for Business Sciences (UBI, Covilhã, Portugal).
She holds a PhD in Medical Image Registration from UBI (2015) and a MSc degree in Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering from IBEB-FCUL (2004); she is a 5-year BSc in Technological Physics Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico (IST, Lisbon, Portugal) (2000).
Her current research interests include medical imaging and electrophysiological signals, mainly processing and analysis. Currently she is directly involved in research projects focused on breast imaging and neurofeedback.
